227g of guilt-free pancake mix made with simple ingredients and low sweetness.
In addition to rice flour produced in Okayama prefecture, domestically produced soy protein is used.
You can enjoy a plump feeling that you can’t think of as gluten-free.
One serving (1/2 bag of this product, 118g) can bake about 3-4 pancakes with a diameter of 10cm.
It contains 36g of protein, but you can get more protein by using unmodified soymilk.

Mix 2 eggs and 170cc of your favorite milk (almond milk, soy milk, milk, etc.) well in 1/2 bag (114g) of this product, and bake in a warm frying pan until browned.
For vegan specifications (without eggs), 210cc of milk is a guide.
By baking it thinly, you can get delicious pancakes without using eggs.
