- The option to exchange does not appear if the item purchased is no longer available.
- Online exchange will not be available for purchases made with a gift receipt.

Return and Exchange Policy
- No damage or stains on the products
- Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
- All Product tags present
- All original tags attached
- In Resell-able condition
- Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/bodywears, socks and all of unpacked bedding set products.
