    HOW TO RETURN

    You can return your items to us within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Please navigate from u-zip.com to HomePage -> My Account -> Order -> Refund Option

    HOW TO EXCHANGE

    You can exchange your items to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requesting an exchange on U-zip.com is very simple. You simply need to access your order, select the item you wish to return and the size you would like to exchange it for. Please remember that the original items should be returned within 7 days of the request for an exchange. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the original items, the value of the second delivery will be charged to the same payment method as the original. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.The ONLINE EXCHANGE option will be available for orders placed by a registered customer and paid using: American Express, Affinity Card, JCB, MasterCard and VISA (some of these payment methods may not be available in your market).Please also remember…
    • Only one exchange request can be done at a time for the same order. You may add up to 5 items per exchange request.
    • The option to exchange does not appear if the item purchased is no longer available.
    • Online exchange will not be available for purchases made with a gift receipt.

    REFUND

    The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.You will receive email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.

    Return and Exchange Policy

    Please make sure that the item for exchanging / returning is in a condition that it can be sold again and that the original package is intact.
    • No damage or stains on the products
    • Product remains unworn, unused and unwashed
    • All Product tags present
    • All original tags attached
    • In Resell-able condition
    • Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or perform exchanges for intimate wear/body wears, socks and all of unpacked bedding set products.

    Sale items

    All SALE items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

    Receiving a Refund

    A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less a the return label fee if applicable. Any duties paid will NOT be refunded. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
